The team obtaining the approval in record time: Davide Scacchetti (Sant’Agata Bolognese Technical Office), Davide Chiarelli (Infrastructure Manager, Automobili Lamborghini) Ranieri Niccoli (Industrial Manager, Automobili Lamborghini), Giuseppe Vicinelli (Mayor of Sant’Agata Bolognese), Giuseppe Gervasi and Luca Bernardoni (Project Managers, Prospazio).
Speed and great competence. Saturday 16 April, only 265 days after the project’s presentation, Sant’Agata Bolognese’s town council approved unanimously the variation of the urban plan for the Lamborghini’s expansion works.
Great teamwork between Lamborghini, Prospazio, designer of the expansion project, and Sant’Agata Bolognese’s Technical Council Office: thanks to this effective cooperation, the councillors of the municipal Technical Office were able to work simultaneously at the Construction Licence starting process, and at the plan variation dossier inside the Conferenza dei Servizi.
The project includes a total expansion of 42,300 m2 to be used as offices and production plants, with a further improvement of the internal road network, the creation of more parking space and a new area for vehicle testing.
Energy class “A” throughout the buildings.
In addition, the office block will be the first industrial building in Italy to be awarded the LEED Platinum certification, the highest in terms of environmental sustainability and working well-being quality.
